Lacey is the co-owner of Tangle Free Low Sensory Hair Salon in Carmichael and a passionate advocate for families of children with disabilities. She believes that inclusion, understanding, and community support help create stronger schools, stronger families, and a stronger Carmichael.

The Honorary Mayor campaign is a community fundraiser where every dollar donated equals one vote for Lacey. The candidate who receives the most votes by the end of the campaign earns the title of 2027 Honorary Mayor of Carmichael.

75% of every donation benefits the Special Education Advocacy PTA of SJUSD, helping us advocate for educational rights, connect families, provide resources and support, and create more inclusive opportunities for students with IEPs throughout San Juan Unified School District.
The remaining 25% supports the Carmichael Chamber of Commerce and its work strengthening local businesses, events, and the greater Carmichael community.
